The room has a new QUEEN size bed & wood floors, desk & chair, dresser, closet, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. I have a no street shoe policy inside the home, bring slippers for inside USE. I am chemically sensitive to all colognes, wear them outside. No candles, incents, air fresheners/sprays inside the bedroom. NO meal eating/drinking on BED. ALL EATING AT KITCHEN. The space I have recently installed for the entire second floor (bedrooms, bathroom and hallway) a separate system that includes: air conditioner, heater, handler and a 24/7 air purification system that cleans the air on the hour for 10minutes. While you are sleeping the indoor air is being cleaned. All my rooms are designed for the long-term guest with a work desk and chair, fast Wi-Fi, Spectrum streaming, mirrored closet with extra shelves, and dresser. I have a Samsung washer and dryer, and I provide the Tide powder soap and Bounce dryer sheets. You will be sharing a 22-cu. ft. Refrigerator with another guest located at the garage. Also, at the garage each guest will have a 24 inch by 36-inch shelf for non-perishable food items. At the kitchen another shelf is provided inside the pantry for each guest. Guest access Kitchen Hours: 7am to 11pm, daily. FULL KITCHEN ACCESS FOR GUESTS STAYING MORE THAN 28 DAYS. Limit your meals to LIGHT Kitchen Cooking which includes the microwave, stove range and oven, double sink, island and counter space. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, skillets and glass containers with lids to store food. I provide the plastic meal tray for you to place your meal on and a cloth place mat to protect the 35-year-old ceramic table. PLEASE do not bring from the outside ANY of the aforementioned items. PLEASE, no exotic and/or pungent smelling foods/and or spices. YOU are responsible for cleaning the kitchen area after each meal and within the hour of preparing your meal. If you use the stove range for anything using oils or fats such as eggs, steak, pasta or similar foods the range will get dirty, and you are responsible for cleaning the range immediately after you finish eating. The Ontario water is extremely hard, and I will show you how to remove the hard minerals off the stove range, double sink, kitchen island /counters and stainless-steel pots, pans and skillets. ALL silverware, glasses, cups, small bowls and flat plates must be rinsed by you before going into the DISHWASHER. Please wash plastic meal tray with Dawn dish soap and sponge after every use. LIMITED KITCHEN ACCESS FOR GUESTS STAYING LESS THAN 28 DAYS. You are limited to microwave cooking. Large microwave located at the kitchen. Please eat your meal at the kitchen dining room. I provide the plastic meal tray for you to place your meal on and a cloth place mat to protect the 35-year-old ceramic table. Please buy your own paper: cups, plates, napkins and plastic: forks and spoons. If you drink coffee, I provide the 4-cup Mr. Coffee maker and coffee liners, and you provide your own coffee. LAUNDRY USE As for the laundry, I will show you how to operate the NEW Samsung washer and dryer. Southern California has a water restriction, please limit your personal full loads to two or three loads per week and no small loads and no shoes in the washer or dryer. Wash your bed linen and pillowcases every 2 weeks or every week. Wash blanket and comforter every month. Wash the two mattress covers every 2 months. Wash the two sets of white towels provided together in one load and do not mix with non-white colors. INDOOR JACUZZI SPA The spa will have the same filtered water as the entire home. The spa is available upon request, and the hostess needs a 24-hour notice to heat the water. The spa is my most favorite spot in the entire home. During your stay Two other family members live downstairs, and their bedroom is located next to the kitchen, and their private bathroom is located in the hallway. (PLEASE DO NOT use the private bathroom at the hallway). Your hostess lives in the home, and her bedroom is located on the second floor. Leti, the hostess is available to assist you 24/7, please do not be shy if you need something. Kindly use VOICE to communicate. I am old school, and I do not text, message, zoom, basically anything that uses a SCREEN. If you do not like to talk, that is ok, I give you your space. However, I LOVE TO TALK because you learn plenty by just talking. I am so blessed, I speak, read and write fluently in two languages: English and Spanish. Other things to note Please post a picture of your face from the shoulder up, like a passport or driver's license picture. Take a picture with your cell and post to this website. Please no sunglasses, ear muffins, hats or face mask in the picture. Also, if your first and last name do not translate into English, kindly message your name when making your reservation. Please no street shoes allowed inside the home which helps keep the home clean. A chair and shoe rack are provided downstairs to take off street shoes. Please bring inside house slippers and you will be provided your own shoe rack for street shoes. I am chemically sensitive, so please refrain from using synthetically perfumed things while in the home. This WINTER 2025 all three upstairs bedrooms will have new Luxury Vinyl/Laminate flooring. The flooring reduces germs, noise and allergies. In this home, you will only find carpet at the 15 staircase steps going up to the upstairs bedrooms and hallway. CLEAN floors bring WEALTH. Also, coming this WINTER 2025 are new bed frames with head and foot remote, and mattresses. Critical to your HEALTH is a good night blissful rest! YOU spend a third of your day sleeping. You deserve the BEST. The New bed frames and mattresses come from Mathis Home of Ontario, California and will be installed at a cost of $4,500 per queen bed and $2,900 extra-long twin bed. I travel plenty and the bed is what makes my DAY. Once you sleep on a Stearns and Foster Bed or Eco Comfort bed, you might never go to your bed. You will wake up strong, ready to conquer whatever your day brings. Finally, your hostess has a deep respect for a clean and healthy home environment! No smoking/vaping inside or outside the home. PLEASE NO overnight guests and only registered guests. Unregistered guests are not allowed anywhere in the home.
