Super vacation home on Lake Kummerow, Sommersdorf

Our vacation home will be completed in 2024 and has been furnished with a lot of joy and love. It is an oasis in the middle of a beautiful landscape with a view of nature. Sommersdorf is located in the beautiful "Mecklenburg Switzerland" and directly on Lake Kummerow. The surroundings invite you to a wide variety of leisure activities such as walks, bike rides, swimming, paddling and much more. We are happy to give tips for excursions, restaurants, cafés and shopping. The space The vacation home with a total area of about 110 square meters is divided on the ground floor into a spacious living-dining area, a guest toilet and the hallway with its own entrance. On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with an oversized Schlaraffia box spring bed and large wardrobe, 1 other room with 2 single beds, a reading and study room with desk and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. All windows in the house are equipped with electric shutters. The bedrooms have insect protection. Guest access For private use, there is a carport, a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue on the property. A spacious lawn invites you to play in the fresh air. Other things to note The cottage is located directly on the nature park "Mecklenburger Schweiz und Kummerower See".
