Lake House “A little off course”

This Lake front cottage is the perfect place to relax after a day of golf or exploring Western NY. Spectacular views, beautiful sunrises, and all the cottage vibes to create lasting memories. The spacious front yard has the perfect view of the lake. There is a screened in porch (lakefront) with a table and chairs and the chaise lounge to enjoy your coffee, dinner or a quiet little nap. Covered porch (lakefront) with a picnic table. The space Boats can be put into the lake at the Silver Lake State Park. The Silver Lake Marina has paddle boards and boat rentals available. Boats may NOT be docked at our dock (the dock is old). Boat docking must be done at the marina or via reserved slip at the country club. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park your boat trailer and just a stones throw away from the golf course. Propane fireplace you’re welcome to use on cool nights or mornings if you prefer. The cottage has a full kitchen ready for your use. The water is filtered, but if you would prefer bottled water that is not provided First floor stackable washer and dryer. The cottage has central air and will not properly function with doors and windows open. Grill is provided with propane tanks, guests are responsible for cleaning and maintaining grill prior to using, during, and after each use. Guest access Everything is assessable except the 2 car garage and the outside bunk house which is locked. If more sleeping arrangements are needed, please let me know in advance so it can be prepped for guest. The bunk house has air conditioning but no bathroom. Other things to note We want you to enjoy my Moms slice of heaven as much as she did. With that being said, we have great neighbors, so please respect the quiet time. Have a fun memorable stay, but be considerate of the neighbors! They are great people! And may just join in on the fun! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from Letchworth State Park, The Country club at the Silver Lake golf course which is a public golf course is within walking distance. The Charcoal Corral and Silver-lake twin drive-in are located on the east side of the lake 10 minutes away where you can enjoy mini golf, arcade and restaurant. Many local breweries in the area. For the animal lovers Wolcott Farms in Warsaw, New York offer trail rides lessons, wagon rides, and many more activities.
