Welcome to the Big House Getaway! Bring the whole family or your large group to this spacious getaway home with plenty of room for fun, games or quiet relaxation. Our space includes multiple entertainment rooms, pool table, pinball machine, fireplace, a large driveway that can fit multiple vehicles & trailers as well as a back patio with a large yard. We are just steps from the beach; the perfect place to start a day of outdoor adventure or relax to the sound of beach waves heard on the patio. The space 3 Bedrooms (Large master suite with king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds) 2 Full bathrooms (1 jacuzzi bathtub) Air mattresses available upon request to accommodate more than 6 guests Family room Games room with fireplace Sitting room Large dedicated office area Master bedroom balcony Large back patio and yard Ample parking in the large driveway for truck(s), trailer(s) & other motorized vehicles 2 outside plugs available for your convenience, bring extension cord(s) Garbage available on site Laundry available on site Partially fenced backyard with another parking spot, large enough to fit a truck Smoking permitted outside in the backyard in the designated smoking area We do not supply a BBQ, there’s lots of room for you to bring your own Ample outdoor patio furniture for your group during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, aside from a storage room that will be locked and the master bedroom closet doors that will be closed. If all three bedrooms aren't required for your booking, the additional bedroom(s) may be locked so be sure to specify in your initial booking message if you require all 3 bedrooms. There is a shed on the property which is off limits to guests. Other things to note Our space is large enough to accommodate 10 guests. The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 and, upon request, 2 air mattresses are available to sleep 4 more guests. *Note to parents: We do not supply a crib, but there is ample space for a crib in the master suite. This home is not "baby proofed," but we welcome guests of all ages! If you’re bringing a dog, please ensure that you send me a message in advance to let me know. Dogs are not permitted on furniture, this includes beds and couches.
