It is also close to Devínska Nová Ves (10–15 minutes by car), Stupava and Lamač. The property has a private garden with a barbecue, 1 terrace and a balcony, ideal for relaxing and meeting with family or friends. • Area: 130 m² plus a balcony on the first floor. Garden 160 m². • Layout: o First floor: Hallway, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, spacious living room connected with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms – one with double bed and one with single bed. o Upper floor: Large 60 m² open space, divided by furniture into two parts with two double beds, a separate work corner and a cozy seating area to relax. There is also a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding village.
