Welcome to our peaceful home, perfect for families or anyone looking to relax. Just 6 minutes from the casinos and 2 minutes from the golf course, the house is also near the desert area, where you can hike, bike, walk, or go four-wheeling. The back porch offers stunning desert views, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. We also have a spacious driveway that fits up to 3 vehicles. For your convenience, we provide keyless door entry to make your stay effortless. We’d love to host you! The space Our home offers a comfortable and functional layout, perfect for a relaxing stay. The living room is medium-sized, with an open-concept design connecting the kitchen and dining area, creating a welcoming space for gathering. There are three bedrooms: one suite bedroom, one bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms include walk-in closets with hangers for your convenience. Please note that the home has a few steps at the entrances (three steps at both the front and back porch). The back porch features outdoor seating where guests can enjoy beautiful desert views, along with a small grill for BBQ use. A washer and dryer are available for guest use (please note that laundry detergent is not provided). The driveway accommodates up to two cars. Guest access Guests have access to entire home, except the pantry. Other things to note Please Read Before Booking Our home comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Any additional guests must be approved by the host in ADVANCE prior to booking. Unauthorized extra guests are not permitted. If approved, there is an additional fee of $55 per person, per stay. For safety, insurance, and comfort reasons, exceeding the approved guest count may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. ***Children*** We warmly welcome families with children. For the safety of all guests, children must be supervised by an adult at all times and may not be left alone in the home.
