Lydbrook Cottage

This comfortable cottage is in the very heart of the Royal Forest of Dean/Wye Valley. Within walking distance of two pubs, takeaways and a well stocked shop. Great walks, The River Wye and cycle tracks are on your doorstep. Spacious and well equipped, Lydbrook Cottage is perfect for family adventures and cosy escapes. The cottage is set up for a maximum of five adults (or six guests if your party includes children). Two dogs are also welcome. Strictly no ebikes or escooters. Guest access The whole cottage is available as well as the patio area. Other things to note The Cottage is in an elevated position which means you can enjoy some privacy. The access is via the original, but not overly steep stone steps. This may be challenging if you're elderly or have mobility issues but in 5 years as a holiday let, they have not been a problem to our guests. You can use a parking bay at the top of a steep drive to the right of the property to load and unload before returning to the main road less than 30 metres away. It is possible to park one vehicle on the loading bay for the duration of your stay, and we can confirm this prior to booking .The picnic table, benches, and BBQ are available from May until the end of September. They must be cleaned after use. Thanks.
