This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom as well as 1 bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. A stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchen utensils await in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment also offers a balcony with garden view, a hallway washing machine and a flat-screen satellite TV. Note on room layout The bathroom/WC is only accessible through the bedroom. The space The house "Sunside Apartments" was built in 1960 and operated for many decades as an inn with an attached restaurant under the name "Sonnenhof." ​ The Trieb family acquired the house in 2004 and converted it into a well-attended bed and breakfast. Now in 2022, the house was again converted into a modern apartment building by the second generation of the Trieb family. The focus was on the complete renovation and conversion of the old rooms and the guest room into bright and cozy 2-room and 3-room apartments with self-catering. The name was also changed to "Sunside Apartments," as all apartments are oriented towards the sun (i.e. south, west and east). A 3-room apartment on the first floor - Apartment Sunside 1 - as well as two 2-room apartments - Apartment Sunside 2 on the east side and Apartment Sunside 3 on the west side.
