Renting out my nice penthouse by the sea edge . The apartment of 40 sqm contains bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed (140x200cm). Bathroom with entrance from bedroom, and balcony of 6 sqm with lovely sea views. Towels and bed linen are included in the price, cleaning is in addition. Bath towels must be brought. Great lounge with dining , nice beach and dock areas with boat harbor. Welcome to Holmsbu:) The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which is the top floor of this section (only stalls above). Access through great reception via staircase or elevator. The apartment contains living room and kitchen in one, with sofa bed (140x200), large bedroom with double bed ( 160x200) and entrance to bathroom, as well as terrace 6 sqm with lovely views. In the apartment there are two sun loungers and a sun bed, beach umbrella, board games , table tennis set, crab fishing and fishing rods. There is also the possibility of kayak rental. For free use is a great beach and bathing jetties in the area, as well as the possibility of fishing. As a guest you can book spa treatment which includes access to swimming pool and gym as well as events such as swimming tour situations, Yoga, etc. Check with the front desk when the different events are set up. There is also the possibility of kayak rental. The restaurant is open in season ,with concerts and events the season throughout. It must be added that Holmsbu Resort is also a quiet place where you can enjoy lazy holidays all year round. Guest access You can enjoy the reception area with restaurant outside and inside in season, as well as outside common areas, beach and bathing jetties. There is also laundry room with washing machine, dryer , iron and ironing board in the building( drying rack in the apartment) . It must also be added that there are lovely hiking areas and bike paths at Hurumlandet. Other things to note It is about 2.5 km into the center of Holmsbu, which is an incredibly cozy village. There is a nice walk along the sea(on the main road) in there. Here you can find restaurants, cafes, galleries and shops. Holmsbu commerce (grocery store)is open all days . In season the Holmsbut train goes from the Resort round trip several times a day.
