Renting out my nice penthouse by the sea edge . The apartment of 40 sqm contains bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed (140x200cm). Bathroom with entrance from bedroom, and balcony of 6 sqm with lovely sea views. Towels and bed linen are included in the price, cleaning is in addition. Bath towels must be brought. Welcome to Holmsbu :-) The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which is the top floor of this section (only stalls above). Access through great reception via staircase or elevator. The apartment contains living room and kitchen in one, with sofa bed (140x200), large bedroom with double bed ( 160x200) and entrance to bathroom, as well as terrace 6 sqm with lovely views. Associated with the apartment is a private parking space in the parking garage in the area. The restaurant is open in season (June-August), with concerts and events throughout the season. There is access to outdoor common areas, beach and bathing jetty. It must also be added that there are beautiful hiking areas and bike paths on Hurumlandet. Guest access You can use the reception area with restaurant in season (June-August) as well as outdoor common areas, beach and bathing jetty. Access to the pool and gym is not included in the price, and may need to be booked/agreed directly with Holmsbu Spa and Resort. Other things to note It is about 2.5 km into the center of Holmsbu, which is an incredibly cozy village. There is a nice walk along the lake (on the road) in there. Here you can find restaurants, cafes, galleries and shops. Holmsbu commerce (grocery store)is open all days . In season the Holmsbut train goes from the Resort round trip several times a day.
