My place is close to nature, just minutes to downtown durango, 30 minutes from the airport, ten minutes from the hot springs, bike trails, hiking. You'll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and just about anyone! The space So close to town but immersed in nature, this comfortable clean studio is a perfect home base for exploring the area. Quiet and serene this is a great spot to recharge for your next adventure or just relax and unwind from your day to day. There is not a full cooking kitchen, but amenities are available to plate your to go meals or put together simple meals not in need of a stove. Guest access Located on one of the best road biking roads in the county, forest scents and sounds, minutes from town yet set in the beautiful Animas Valley. Parking is right outside of your space with just a few steps to your front door which opens to the woods. Winter guests need to be advised that the driveway can be super slick and a four wheel drive can be a necessity depending on the weather.
