The first logs are provided for you to enjoy a pleasant fire during the cold season. ✨ The house can accommodate up to 5 guests thanks to its 3 bedrooms located upstairs: ✔️a master suite with bathtub and sink, ✔️ a double room, ✔️ one bedroom with a single bed. ✨ A second bathroom with shower completes the suite. ✨ The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare all your meals. You will find a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, a hob, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, as well as all the necessary dishes, utensils and glasses. ⭐An outdoor space designed for relaxation ✨ Outside, enjoy a large wooded garden, a true haven of peace. In the shade of the trees, sit around the large table to share an alfresco lunch or dinner on mild summer evenings. The terrace, barbecue and numerous shaded areas invite you to relax, read or simply admire the surrounding countryside in a peaceful setting. ✨Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. ✨ The heating is fully electric and, during the winter period, it is switched on before your arrival to ensure optimal comfort. ✨ A washing machine is also available for extended stays. ⚡For hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed. ✨ The cleaning package includes surface cleaning as well as the laundry of bed linen and towels. We simply ask that you leave the dishes clean and tidy, the refrigerator emptied, and the garbage pails emptied. Additional fees may apply in the event of non-compliance with these instructions. ✨We use a professional cleaning company to ensure impeccable accommodation. The beds will be made before your arrival, and bed linen, bath towels and essential supplies for your first night are provided. ✨Check-in is completely self-service from 4:00 p.m., for total freedom. ✨ The owners live near the house and are available if needed, as is our concierge team, who are always at your disposal during your stay. ✨ Whether you want to explore the charming villages of the Perche, go hiking, share a barbecue under the trees, read by the fire, or simply enjoy a quiet and green environment, this house promises you an authentic and rejuvenating stay. ⚡ Note: Charging electric vehicles is prohibited on the property.
