The trailer consists of a bedroom that can accommodate 4 people (with a 160 x 200 bed and a sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom with dry toilet, shower and sink. It is heated and insulated, so it can be rented throughout the year. We can lend you a travel crib, high chair and inflatable bathtub. The price includes bed linens, tea towels, end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax The space This accommodation is atypical, in a bucolic setting to recharge your batteries. The trailer is on a wooded lot. Children can play on the swing, feed the dwarf goat or our chickens. Our garden is fully fenced. You can also enjoy the trailer's terrace with its garden furniture or sun loungers available to you. We can lend you books, comics, magazines, board games and children's games. Just a heads-up, the trailer's toilet is a dry toilet. Inside, you have all the comforts you want. The beds will be made upon arrival. Guest access The trailer is 300 meters from Lake St Pardoux. On the other hand, the bike path that connects the 3 beaches of the lake and the village passes in front of our land. Less than 3 km from the trailer, you have access to a swimming pool, a tree climbing course, a water ski club, a sailing club where you can rent paddles, canoes, pedal boats. You can also go hiking directly from the trailer. If you wish, you can rent bikes delivered directly to your place of stay - Sébastien will drop them off on site - Just contact him 48 hours before your arrival. We will provide you with his contact details when you book. During your stay We are on site to guide and advise you during your stay. There is no shortage of activities on the lake, but we have other gems to offer you, such as a visit to a porcelain workshop, a botanical garden of aromatic and medicinal plants, an arboretum, the Château de Mautautre, or even to meet deer and fallow deer on foot, but why not on horseback... There are plenty of ideas. Other things to note End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. We just ask that our guests respect the place. On the other hand, if you wish, we offer breakfast, including a hot drink, pancakes, homemade jams and spreads, bread, butter, dairy, fresh or dried fruit for 9 Euros per adult and 7 Euros per child (up to 12 years old). We also offer table d'hôtes, with seasonal and local products, at €23 per adult without wine or €28 with wine and €15 per child (up to 12 years old). If you wish, we can pick you up either at Limoges train station or at La Souterraine train station (price: €20 round trip). Possibility to plug in an electric car, on a 16A socket (price: €10 per night).
