Guest access Riverview Inn is a ten room motel overlooking the Tennessee River from the North side of Lookout Mountain. You'll have access to your private room and balcony, while sharing access to our amenities with other guests. Interaction Preferences: All of our cabins are equipped with keyless entry systems that make check-in and check-out a fully automated process. Full instructions will be provided prior to your check-in date. If you have any questions, comments, or experience any difficulties during your stay, our team of dedicated, locally based Guest Services representatives are on-call and available to help from 8 am to 11 pm every day. Other things to note Please note that our pricing through March 1, 2025, is discounted as we finalize our updates to the property and to an adjacent building that will serve as the future home to Roasted Root Coffee Shop! During this time, you may encounter incidental work on the grounds as we prepare for our Spring 2025 Grand Opening. Pictures are based on Room One, other rooms are similar but may have slightly different furnishings. PET POLICY: We are pleased to allow dogs at the Riverview Inn, under specific terms and conditions. See our house rules/notes section for more information. DEPOSITS: Please note that guests under 21 or guests residing in the Greater Chattanooga Metropolitan Area will be charged a $200 refundable deposit subsequent to receiving their booking confirmation. Please review our policy forbidding parties, events and unregistered guests to ensure your stay abides with this policy and does not jeopardize your deposit. NO SMOKING: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited inside Timberroot properties. Refer to the rental agreement to see these policies and the additional fees that occur if you fail to follow them. PESTS: We take great care to ensure our properties are free from pests. Our properties are regularly treated by professional pest control, and our staff takes preventative measures to keep pests out. However, as our properties are located in wooded areas, guests may encounter insects and/or small woodland creatures like mice. If you do encounter an unwelcome pest inside your lodging, please contact our Guest Services team immediately so that our grounds team can address the problem as quickly as possible. We ask that guests help us prevent pests by keeping doors and window screens closed and maintaining proper cleanliness during their stay.
