Studio by the pond

Apartment by the pond Čekanov for 2-4 people. The apartment has 1 double bed 140 cm and a fold-out futon bed, possible to sleep up to 4 people. But please note that the studio is smaller, so less comfortable for 4 adults. We are equipped with all the necessities, bedding, towels, shower gels, etc. There are also basic things for coffee, tea and cooking. Wifi, TV, washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle. Utility water (not intended for drinking and inhalation) and plenty of bottled drinking water in the apartment. The space In summer it is possible to use the heated swimming pool, pets are welcome, given that we also have our own pet, so we ask for a reasonable approach of the owners... The apartment is part of our house, it has its own private entrance from the other side of the house, so that guests have maximum privacy, we can meet in the garden. We also leave guests with maximum private access to the pool, which they have more or less only for their own use. The apartment has a private outdoor inflatable hot tub, which you can use unlimitedly according to your mood :-) Guest access In summer it is possible to use the swimming pool, nearby children's playground, natural swimming with a beautiful sandy beach and fishing within 1 km, a short distance from the house beautiful forests, the possibility to visit a home farm nearby - horse riding, home products, etc. Other things to note The apartment has its own private entrance from the other side of the house where we live. Guests have privacy in the garden and by the pool. We also have a tamed parrot, which we would like to introduce to your children and they can enjoy feeding the parrot, or have a beautiful photo as a souvenir :-)
