Studio by the pond

Apartment by Čekanov pond for 2-4 people. The apartment has 1 double bed 140 cm and a futon bed, possible for sleeping up to 4 people. But please note that the studio is smaller, so 4 adults are less comfortable. We are equipped with all the necessities, bedding, towels, shower gels, etc. There are also basic things for coffee, tea and cooking. Wifi, TV, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, kettle. In the apartment, utility water (not intended for drinking and breathing) and plenty of bottled drinking water. The space In summer, it is possible to use a heated pool, pets are welcome, considering that we also have our own pet, so please have reasonable access to the owners... The apartment is part of our house, has its own private entrance from the other side of the house so that guests have maximum privacy, we can meet in the garden. We also leave guests with maximum private access to the pool, which is more or less just for their own use. The apartment has a private outdoor inflatable hot tub, which you can use unlimited according to your own mood :-) Guest access In summer it is possible to use the swimming pool, a nearby playground, natural swimming with a beautiful sandy beach and with fishing within 1 km, a short walk from the house beautiful forests, the opportunity to visit a home farm nearby - horse riding, home-made products, etc. Other things to note The suite has its own private entrance from the other side of the house where we live. Guests are also private in the garden and by the pool. We also have a tame parrot that we'll be happy to introduce to your canopies and can enjoy feeding a parrot, or have a beautiful photo in mind:-)
