A second shower and separate toilet are located in the laundry off the undercover back porch. This fully enclosed space is convenient for families or groups. The washing machine is self‑dosing and prepared with earth‑friendly washing liquid and fabric softener. The loft bedroom is accessed via stairs from the twin room. A baby gate is installed at the bottom for added safety. The loft is best suited to adults comfortable with stairs or older children.
