The space Arrive into this gated community and park in the 2-car garage. Come into the huge open-concept living area with kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The kitchen is well-stocked for preparing meals and even has a blender and an air fryer. You will enjoy having a large pantry to keep your food as well as a nice stainless steel refrigerator. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a nice open space for doing yoga. The windows have blinds. The main floor is hard floors while the upstairs is all carpet. We do not recommend this property for guests is asthma or allergies that could be triggered by carpet. The bedroom windows do not have curtains (only blinds). Guest access Guests will not have access to two locked spaces that are used for owner storage. One is a closet and one is a bedroom. This is the owner's primary residence. She reserves the right to 30-minute access windows on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 4pm in order to pick up personal belongings. This will be no more than 2 times every calendar month. Thank you for understanding. Other things to note Keep in mind that this is a gated residential area and this is a townhome. It is an end-unit so you have one neighbor to the side. No music after 10pm. Neighbors here keep to themselves and there is not typically much activity going on. This space is a well-designed 1000 square foot townhome. After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address. Read the entire house rules. We do require monthly cleaning for stays of 60+ nights, which is paid before each cleaning by the guest. The neighbor behind the townhome keeps some old cars and other things in the backyard. It is visible during the winter when the leaves are gone from the trees. Just a heads up of the view out the back. If you want to extend your stay, you can do that by going to "Change Reservation." If the dates you want are blocked feel free to ask us because we might just be blocking a night on your check-out day for cleaning. The windows have nice blinds, but no curtains. Parking is in the 2-car garage. You must park your first 2 cars in the garage overnight. If you have a third car, you may park in the driveway or in the spaces to the side of the townhome overnight.
