Open-plan living with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, sofas, smart TV, and dining table. Bathroom with large shower. Private enclosed garden with hot tub. Cot and high chair available. 🌿The shepherd’s hut is a cosy retreat with a south-facing veranda overlooking paddocks and countryside. It includes a wet room, small kitchen with oven and microwave, and dining table. 🛏️A Z bed is stored under the sofa in the cottage — suitable for children or a small adult. Bedding in chest of drawers. 🍫Welcome basket provided in both properties. 🐶Well behaved dogs welcome in the cottage only. 🌲Set in peaceful Monmouthshire countryside with alpacas, pygmy goats & chickens nearby. 😊Autism friendly environment. 📶Fast Starlink Wi-Fi. 🚗Secure parking and EV charging available (£10/night). Guest access Guests have complete private access to the cottage, garden & hot tub and shepherds hut. Guests are welcome to explore the paddock. Please note that Dogs are not permitted in the paddock. For your little ones’ safety, children should be supervised at all times, especially when exploring the paddock and spending time with our animals. We welcome well-behaved dogs, but they are only allowed in the cottage. Dogs aren’t permitted in the Army truck or shepherd’s hut, and we kindly ask that dogs are not left alone inside the properties. Fire logs, kindling, and firelighters can be purchased for £10 to keep you cosy. EV charging is available for £10 per night. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just ask us in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate you (charges may apply). Please note the z-bed is best suited for a small adult or child.
