Bright garden level apartment, with plenty of art to fill the rooms. Each room has large 4 foot paintings and the hallway a 7 foot could/sky complementing the wood. Open bar-top from kitchen to living room with plenty of seating. Centrally-located about a 10 minute walk to downtown or campus. Quiet neighborhood and a huge backyard to enjoy the sun in the summer. Has its own entrance through the garage and a full laundry room. Plenty of parking. It is a basement garden level w/ apt. above. The space The kitchen is well lit with everything one should need for cooking such as pots, pans, crockpot, dishes cleaning supplies. The living room has new couches and chairs so everything is extremely clean and new, including the beds. Cozy bedrooms with closets to hang clothes and all new beds and bedding. Small bathroom as you can see from the photos, but all that one needs. A full laundry room with laundry supplies if you need to wash clothes or towels. The back yard is large and cozy. Plenty of trees and flowers to relax near. Has a picnic table and umbrella if you choose to enjoy a coffee or dinner out there. Guest access The entire garden level is yours. The laundry room is shared, but I will keep away while you are staying, unless it is a very long stay and I need clean clothes. The garage is free to put your skis or bags in. You will see that I paint in there and do use that for a studio in season. The back yard is quite large. Enjoy it with the BBQ and hanging chairs, hammock and sun. I will park in the driveway and keep all the walks shoveled and clean for you. there are 2 parking spots right in front of the house by the 2 cotton wood trees, The neighbors normally never take these. If you have a snow machine trailer there is a school one block away that has unlimited street parking. that's an option for the long trailers. Other things to note It is a basement garden level apartment rental with its own entrance. I live upstairs and use the other front door.
