It’s over 100 year old well house that has been converted into a cozy home. 1 mile from the Interstate 49 and miles South of downtown Joplin just 1 mile from 32nd just off Rangeline. This is a secluded property which is referred to locally as the “House on the Hill”. I defy you to find a nicer hotel room in the area, coffee and breakfast items provided. I do check ID to match profile, Must be at least 25 yrs old to rent. The space It’s 800 sq ft, bedroom upstairs with its own private deck for sunsets, star gazing and visits from the deer. We have nice cookware, utensils and spices available for cooking at home! We supply farm fresh eggs, snacks and some quick meals.
