We will be delighted to host you in Nizas in a Gersoise and a completely renovated old barn. Less than 10 minutes from Samatan - Lombez 15 min from L'Isle Jourdain 35 to 40 min from Toulouse Blagnac Airport 40 to 45 min from Toulouse Matabiau train station The space The estate is composed of: - a fully restored 200 m² barn comprising: 100 m² living room and kitchen, ideal for moments of sharing and meals. - a 250 m² Gersoise comprising: living room, kitchen, laundry room. Here is the distribution of beds: Barns: - Ground floor: 1 double bedroom - 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms - 1st floor: 1 double bedroom + 1 single bed ✨ Note that each bedroom has its own bathroom. La Gersoise: - Ground floor: 1 double bedroom - 1st floor: 3 double bedrooms - 2nd floor: 1 children's dormitory composed of 6 single beds ✨ Note that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The small outbuilding (independent of the 2 houses): - 1 sofa bed with 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. ➡️At your disposal during your stay: - Air conditioning in both houses - Wifi throughout the house - TV lounge (video projector and 5:1) in the Gersoise living room. - Swimming pool from June to September / swimming pool with roller shutter and secure - Petanque court - Ping pong table - Barbecue (charcoal not included) - Plancha - 3 refrigerators - 3 dishwashers Not included in the rental, extra and on request: - Sheets and household linen (€210) Guest access You will have access to the entire property and its amenities. Check-in is done independently via a key box. For check-outs, our concierge will be present for the check-out inventory and the return of the keys. Other things to note When requesting to book, please specify the purpose of your stay and the number of guests. As a reminder: - 2 nights minimum - Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed. - Music is limited and is controlled by a sound level meter: - 80db during the day outside and is strictly prohibited in the evening - 100db indoors with doors and windows closed. ➡️ After booking, you will receive a link to the check-in information in the photo.
