Less than 10 minutes from Samatan - Lombez 15 min from Isle Jourdain 35-40 min from Toulouse Blagnac airport 40-45 min to Matabiau train station in Toulouse The space The estate is composed of: - a fully restored barn of 200m2 including: kitchen stay of 100m2 Ideal for moments of sharing and meals. - a Gersoise of 250m²including: living room, kitchen, laundry. Here is the distribution of beds: Granges: - Ground floor: 1 x double bedroom - R+1 : 2 double bedrooms - R+1 : 1 double bedroom + 1 single bed ✨ Noted that each bedroom has its own bathroom. La Gersoise: - Ground floor: 1 x double bedroom - R+1 : 3 double bedrooms - R+1 : 1 child dorm composed of 6 single beds ✨ It should be noted that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The small outbuilding (independent of the 2 houses): - 1 sofa bed with 1 bath and 1 toilet. ➡️At your disposal during your stay: -Air-conditioned in the 2 houses - Wifi throughout the house - TV lounge (video projector and 5 : 1) in the Gersoise living room. - Swimming pool from June to September / swimming pool with roller shutter and secured - Petanque court - Ping pong table - Barbecue (charcoal not included) - Plancha - 3 fridges - 3 dishwashing machines Not included in the rental, at extra cost and on request: - Linens and linens (€210) Guest access You will have access to the entire property and its amenities Entry is self-contained via a key box. For the outings our concierge will be present for the check-out inventory and the return of keys.
