Guest access Depending on the number of guests, we open a number of rooms, leaving the choice to the guests. Please indicate the exact number of guests when booking. If the Jacuzzi option is not booked, the SPA suite remains closed and guests therefore have access to 5 of the 6 rooms. Other things to note ⚠️INFO AND RULES TO FOLLOW⚠️ 📃Only guests REGISTERED at the booking on Airbnb will be able to ACCESS the villa. The number of guests registered must be STRICTLY RESPECTED. The rental price takes into account the number of guests. No additional friends or family will be able to access the property during the rental, even without sleeping, even to "have a simple coffee". There are SECURITY CAMERAS at the entrance and on the parking lot to ensure compliance with this paramount rule. In case of non-compliance, the stay will be purely and simply canceled without the possibility of refund. ⚠️Only for LARGE groups: 💧⚠️Hot water: Hot water tank capacity is 300l. For large groups, do not take long showers and at the same time, rather split into two distinct morning/evening groups if possible so that the hot water tank fills up again, and not delay in the shower for everyone's comfort. Hot /cold air ❄️☀️⚠️conditioning: Do not turn on all air conditioners at the same time or face power outages. Do not go outside and leave the air conditioners on at the risk of overheating. The electric meter of the house requires a measured, responsible and intelligent use of the air conditioners for everything to work properly. Do not adjust to high fan power or high temperature. ⚠️POOL HEAT PUMP: it may be that during its use, for technical reasons, we are forced to DISCONNECT the 2 air conditioners on the ground floor (living room and bedroom) in order to allow the heat pump to operate. The 4 air conditioners on the 1st floor can continue to be used normally. In addition, theoretically, during the period when the pool heat pump is used, air conditioning is not essential (April-May-September-October).
