This spacious three-bedroom haven boasts air conditioning in the living areas, complemented by an expansive covered outdoor deck that flows into the pool and BBQ area. The Bundy Broadway serves as the perfect haven to unwind after your adventures, allowing you to explore the lush farmlands that enrich this vast culinary paradise, and the ocean that beckons towards the Southern Great Barrier Reef. The space 3 bedrooms in total, 2 with King Beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room is breezy and bright thanks to multiple windows and ceiling fans. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, while the toilet has its own dedicated space. The air conditioned living area has 2 x 3 seater couches, room for 6 at the dining table, and a work from home spot. The full kitchen has everything you need to keep the crew feed and watered. An airfryer if you want something quick and a slow cooker for those cooler months. A coffee machine and a cocktail shaker should cover all beverage requirements. A sparkling pool and a deck lead on from the living space providing that indoor outdoor flow we all love. A large undercover deck with hanging chairs and BBQ complete the offering. EXTRAS: All beds are made with fresh quality linens Bed 3 and Master has block out curtains One bath towel per guest is supplied Pantry staples along with Tea, Coffee and Milk, Laundry Detergent, Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner, Toilet Paper, Dish Liquid/Balls are supplied for the first fews days of your stay. Outdoor glassware is provided for Poolside entertaining. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house, front and rear yards with the exception of the garage and rear shed. Guests have access to offstreet parking infront of the garage. Please keep the far driveway free at all times. Other things to note The pool is serviced every second day of your stay and the lawns may be mowed. The house is split level and has several internal steps. Please be mindful of young children and the less mobile to avoid any accidents. As this is a peaceful suburban area, excess noise is to be kept to a minimum. This is a non smoking property, a fine will be incurred if this is not adhered to. All windows can be locked open to allow for a cooling breeze to come thru whilst you are out or sleeping.
