Come stay in our home whether it be for work or a holiday, we cater to all. Enjoy rural living a stones throw from the city with cows & sheep right outside the windows. Set back from the road, with plenty of offstreet parking. Only 11 minutes drive from the city centre, 9 minutes drive to Stadium Southland & 13 minutes from Invercargill Airport. Don’t feel like driving? Order Uber Eats! Lovely bushwalk just a 2 minute drive away. What more could you want? The space Master bedroom - 1x super king bed, en-suite & walk in robe, access to outdoor patio Bedroom 2 - king bed & wardrobe Bedroom 3 - king bed & wardrobe Bedroom 4 - king bed & wardrobe Lounge, dining & kitchen - open plan, butlers pantry, access to outdoor patio, tv Second lounge - access to outdoor patio, tv, kids toys Bathroom - bath & shower Separate toilet Laundry - washing machine & dryer Outdoors - outdoor furniture on the patios plus trampoline, climbing frame & play house on the grass area & animals in the paddocks Guest access Entire house is available for use - just not the shed that is adjacent to the house. Please don’t frighten the animals or enter any paddocks/open any gates. Other things to note Please note although the property is rural, still expect to hear lawn mowers, machinery plus tractors & motorbikes etc - particularly over summer as it doesn’t get dark until 10pm with daylight savings. You are welcome to go up close to the animals but please don't frighten them or open any gates etc. No shoes are to be used on the trampoline please. The gas fire is not available for use - central heating only.
