Octopus Garden Beach House

A relaxing beach house, ideal for those who want to be as close as possible to the sea while on the island. The house is surrounded by 4 beautiful beaches and Kolibithra bay is at the center of the island so you are close to all the amazing locations you will want to visit during your stay on Tinos . The area is quiet in the early mornings , afternoons and night times and bustling with swimmers and beach goers midday. August is busier but still by night time its just you and the twinkling stars. The space A two floor beach house with all windows opening up to the sea view and two balconies ! As you enter on the ground floor through the first balcony, you find a kitchen and dining area, a large living room with a brand new sofa that turns in to a double bed , and a fully equipped bathroom. Using the inner courtyard staircase at the back of the house you come up to the second floor where you find another large veranda with a sitting area ideal for dining outside and another amazing view of the sea. On this top floor there is a master bedroom and another ensuite. The two floors can become quite independent having each their own bathroom so the house can be used comfortably either by a family with grown up children or two couples! Guest access Kolibithra Bay where the house is located can easily be reached by car on excellent roads with many guiding signs along the way. Once you arrive to Tinos at the port you follow direction signs TO KALLONI It is is roughly 20 -25 minutes from the port, 5 minutes from Komi Village { taverna, mini/market, pharmacy, bakery, coffee shop, pizza and many traditional festivities in this vibrant community } ,10 minutes from Kalloni, Agapi and Aetofolia, Loutra, nearest beautiful villages,15 minutes from Volax geological sight Other things to note Please note that the two sleeping areas are on two different floors connected by an inner private courtyard staircase of about 15 steps.
