Great and modern apartment in the City Centre of Warsaw, very close to the Central Station and Old Town. The space Location is perfect especially for business users and tourists because you will have great public transport connection (Kino Femina stop is in front of the building), few supermarkets and small shops for everyday needs, Rossman drogerie, pharmacy, several small restaurants and few fast foods (kebab, McDonald's, KFC etc.), fantastic bakery in the building for breakfast... everything you need for an everyday life. You can reach old town or university or any other important touristic point by foot in 10-20 minutes. WiFi is 250 mb/sec, coffee machine Dolce Gusto with capsules, tea bags... Comfortable bed in bedroom. Iron desk and iron, washing machine, dish washer machine, TV in living room and in bedroom. From the windows you can see the life of local residents in full swing, as the apartment windows overlook the main street and it might be a bit noisy with the window open. Filling out the registration card at check-in is mandatory and is the basis for check-in. In special cases we reserve the right to take a deposit of 1000 PLN . We reserve the right to take a fine of 1000 PLN for smoking in the apartment. For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to use candles in the apartment. We appreciate Your time and therefore we kindly ask you to confirm your arrival time in advance and if possible check-out time . If the arrival time is not yet known, please confirm it at least one day before arrival. Unfortunately, we do not have a Front Desk. Check-ins start from 15:00.
