The home consists of two large bedroom's with 1x king and ensuit, 1x queen bed, the lounge sleeps two on a comfortable fold out couch. There is the option of an Ikea sunbed which can pull out into a large bed or use the mattreses as singles in the entrance if required. With beautiful wooden floors running throughout, over looking stunning farmland and a glistening lake this home is fabulous. Wifi, towels and bed linen are provided. This open plan living, kitchen and dining space is north facing, providing all day sun summer and winter. Stunning sunrises over the lake to the sunset behind the house. Living area, flows easily to the outdoor entertainment area. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The second double bedroom has a queen bed, with drawers and a clothes hanger. The third room is the TV room and the couch pulls down into a double bed. There is room for another couple to sleep in the front entrance on an ikea pull out couch which can be put together or the mattresses can be used as single beds. The house has a open, fresh feel to it. The main bathroom features a shower, toilet and the bath tub overlooks the farmland and night sky. There is a laundry and sink in separate area in the bathroom. This is a rural, fully equipped, lived in home. In a quiet neighbourhood, the birdlife can be spectacular. There are often kereru spotted in the guava tree. Only a short 15 to 20-minute drive to the hustle and bustle of your preferred activity. Guest access This property will be solely for your use. No shared areas. Washing line available. well equiped kitchen Indoor fireplace with wood provided. The owners may be onsite in a tiny house at top of driveway but rest assured, your privacy will be respected. Guest access The guest are welcome to use all of the house we just kindly ask that you do not enter the farmland. Other things to note Please note: there is a separate working quarters about 25 metres from the house, and a small tiny house both at the back of the property which is occasionally occupied. Both are separate from the guest area and your privacy is fully respected.”
