Enjoy complete privacy with sole access to the property, including an enclosed garden & large decking to the rear of the property — ideal for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine. Parking is located at the front of the property in a gravel yard shared with the owner The space A countryside retreat. The Old Dairy is situated in a peaceful rural location, surrounded by countryside away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Our cosy single-level accommodation is accessed by just 3 small steps & offers everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. The property comprises of a hallway, an open-plan kitchen and living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and the living area offers space to relax and take in the views. There is underfloor heating throughout the property to keep it warm and cosy. Being in the countryside does mean shops & pubs are a short drive rather than within walking distance. Guest access Guest have full sole access to the property and enclosed fully fenced garden. For the safety of our guests, pets and the livestock, the adjoining fields are private and NOT accessible to guests. We hope you enjoy making the most of this peaceful outdoor space. Other things to note Pets are welcome throughout the property, in the garden and on the decking. Dogs are welcome to join you on the sofa, please use the blankets supplied. Please do not let dogs on the bed. The fences are 4ft post and rail with rabbit netting so suitable for most dogs but a determined dog may find a way around this. Please DO NOT leave pets unattended in the house during your visit. We have elderly cats that may come into the garden, livestock in the fields and a chicken pen that borders the garden. We provide a welcome box for your dog which will contain a dog towel, dog blankets, poop bags, a water bowl and a few tasty treats for them to tuck into upon arrival.🐾 Although there are no walking routes directly from the house there are many within a very short drive.
