The Old Dairy

Escape to The Old Dairy, a charming, one-bedroom semi-detached annexe nestled in the heart of the picturesque Northamptonshire countryside. Enjoy complete privacy with sole access to the property, including an enclosed garden & large decking that stretches the rear of the annexe — ideal for relaxing with your morning coffee in the sun or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine. Parking is located at the front of the property in a gravel yard shared with the owner The space A countryside retreat Guest access Guest have full access to the property and enclosed garden. To access the garden from the yard without steps: Head towards the greenhouse and turn left, through a small metal gate into the garden. This is an alternative if you don’t want to walk through the property. Other things to note Pets are welcome throughout the property, in the garden and on the decking. We ask that dogs are not allowed to free roam in the yard, please have them leashed when going from the house to the car. Dogs are welcome to join you on the sofa, please use the blankets supplied. Please do not let dogs on the bed. The fences are 4ft post and rail with stock netting so suitable for most dogs but a determined dog may find a way around this. Please DO NOT leave pets unattended in the house during your visit. There is no access into the field & no walks directly from the property. Plenty of walks are available a short drive from the property. A list is available in the property. IMPORTANT: We have cats that may come into the garden, livestock in the fields and there is a duck pond that borders the garden, separated by wire fence and a privacy netting that houses our duck and chickens. We provide a welcome box for your dog which will contain a dog towel, dog blankets, poop bags, a water bowl and a few tasty treats for them to tuck into upon arrival.🐾
