Red House - listen to nature - near Regensburg

🌱This special accommodation combines ecological living with modern comfort. In our sustainable wooden house, you can expect lovingly designed rooms with natural materials for your own use - from oiled wooden floors to breathable clay walls. Enjoy the balance between nature experience and living comfort in our thoughtfully designed paradise. We were able to acquire the Red House in 2024 and will continue to lovingly revitalize it. The space 🌱You will stay in an eco-conscious wooden house. Our wooden floors are oiled, the walls are limed, one wall is plastered with clay, we mainly use organic products and organic cleaning agents and detergents. The toilets are flushed with rainwater. The underfloor heating is fed by a heat pump. The whole apartment has exterior blinds. Smoking is only allowed outside the house. The spacious apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, Bialetti espresso maker and dining table. A TV, books and games are available. A large sofa could serve as an extra bed. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, large mirror with additional lighting and hair dryer. Of course, we also provide hand and shower towels and toilet paper. In the bedroom there is the made bed, a large mirror, a closet in the valet style. In this room there is an insect screen on the patio door. The terrace and the large garden are not directly visible and the view goes into nature. Of course, there are also garden furniture and a parasol. We live on the upper floor of the house and have enough space to offer our guests a quiet place of their own. We always try to be quiet, now and then you can hear the sound of a door closing in the apartment below, but so far there have never been any complaints. 🙂🙃 Guest access 🌱Private bedroom, private living room with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, private terrace corner and the whole garden for you. 🗝️ The access to the entrance door of the apartment leads down a bit steeper via a round garden staircase. However, the path is illuminated and you will also receive a headlamp from us. Other things to note 🚗We have a bus stop (RVV line 12) not far from our house, approx. 10-minute walk. However, the bus ride to Regensburg takes approx. 40 minutes, so we recommend using a car during your stay with us.
