You will spend your vacation on a former farm with its own spring water and self-catering garden. You can buy eggs, vegetables, salami & cheese. A small paradise and perfect resting place for adults and children. There is a large garden with meadows. Parents should pay attention to their children as they are motivated to start adventures The space The apartment is perfect for families who want to enjoy a relaxing time together. In addition, it is ideal as a transitional apartment or for a shared apartment for two. Children up to 10 years of age are free of charge and should not be specified as an extra person in the Airbnb reservation. Please make sure the apartment is handed over cleaned. Bed linen and towels are cleaned by the landlord. Please only place the dishes and cutlery correctly washed and polished in the cupboard, as well as clean the used kitchen appliances. After showering, please wipe the drops from the window. Otherwise, lime deposits will form that are difficult to clean. Thank you very much for your understanding. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor and is only used by you and your guests. There is a large terrace with dining table and barbecue, as well as a covered terrace area, which is ideal for chilling and can also be used very well as a smoking area. Please smoke cigarettes only outside and put them in the ashtray, regarding the fire hazard. A small rose garden is fenced and there are sun loungers. Each window has mosquito protection. There are roller blinds that can also be opened. We will be happy to show you how to unlock the roller blinds if necessary. Please do not open by force. The mosquito protection is ideal in the summer months if you want to sleep with the window open. Other things to note It is very important that you are a good driver. You live like on an alpine pasture and the streets are correspondingly mountainous and narrow (see photos). You should definitely drive past the first farmhouse and turn the vehicle around... ...and only drive the vehicle "forward from above" in front of the red entrance door to park.
