You’ll have the entire 200 sqm house to yourselves, spread over two floors and divided into three separate units – perfect for families or groups of up to 13 guests. - 6 bedrooms - 12 full-size beds (80/90 cm wide) + 1 sofa bed - 3 fully kitchens - 3 bathrooms - Possibility to rent a boat (fuel not included) - Floating sauna – Free to use for up to 2 hours per stay. Perfect for families, groups, or friends looking for a relaxing break from everyday life. - Floating sauna on the lake available to rent for 500 SEK per session (+ 200 SEK if you’d like it preheated). A guest favorite and a truly unforgettable experience. - Rent your own private boat – explore the beautiful Lake Bottensjön at your own pace. - Surrounded by nature – peaceful, scenic, and right by the lake. Ideal for relaxing, swimming, or fishing. - Spacious common areas – perfect for socializing, game nights, or simply relaxing by the window with stunning lake views. Must-see attractions: - Tiveden National Park – just 20 minutes away by car. A must-visit for nature lovers, hikers, and adventurers. Tiveden is one of Sweden’s most popular national parks, known for its wild beauty and magical forests. - Karlsborg Fortress – a historical landmark nearby offering guided tours and activities for all ages. - Additional information: 1) No shared spaces – the house (consisting of three separate units), terrace, and grounds are entirely private for your group. 2) Cleaning is not included. We kindly ask that you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. A simple and clear cleaning checklist will be sent via Airbnb to make things easy. All necessary cleaning equipment is available in the house. 3) Optional cleaning service. If you prefer not to clean yourself, a professional cleaning service can be booked for €400. If the house is left very unclean, the same fee may be charged via Airbnb to cover the cleaning costs. 4) Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. They can be rented for €15 per person. A blanket and pillow are provided for each guest. You only need to bring your own bed linen if you prefer not to rent. We look forward to welcoming you! :)
