Discover our cottage, nestled in the heart of our equestrian farm, for a total rejuvenating experience. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, this place perfectly combines authentic charm and modern comforts. The surrounding nature, vegetable garden and farm animals will also be part of this wellness break. Located at the crossroads of tourist, culinary and oenological discoveries. Come and experience a getaway that combines relaxation, authenticity and discovery The space Through the common courtyard, the main entrance opens onto a large living room that combines the charm of exposed beams (be careful of the height if you are tall), brick and wood. A functional kitchen (Senseo coffee maker), open to the living room, has a beautiful stone sink. The living room includes a sofa bed (140x200). A higher step is a newly renovated bathroom with built-in WC (attention shower height 1m85). From the living room, an old wooden staircase, renovated, will give you access to a large mezzanine including a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200). Electric heating and wood-burning stove (wood supplied). The Gite benefits from mezzanine air conditioning for a pleasant temperature in the summer. We also chose to take care of the cleaning and preparation of the cottage ourselves: sheets and bathroom linen are provided. This choice is important to us: it allows us to personally ensure the quality of the accommodation and the hosting, just as we would like to be hosted. Outside: a small relaxation area directly accessible from the dining area. Garden available in common with garden furniture and partly shaded (not attached). The vacation home is located between our home and a year-round rental, while maintaining its independence. Ideally located: Paris / Geneva axis (A6 and A40 motorways a few miles away) between Burgundy, Bresse and Beaujolais, this region is rich in its history, gastronomy and grand crus. All amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) are a few kms away as well as many local markets. Walking tours are nearby and you can discover the Planons farm and Saracen fireplaces, as well as Romanesque churches. Nearby leisure bases and swimming pools/ tree climbing /educational farm/bike paths/ greenway /blueway / many tourist points (castles, museums, Solutré rock, Cluny Abbey, Lake Genin, Lake Vouglans... all these points of interest are close. For riders young and old, you can stop with your mounts (contact us) Guest access The entire cottage and its 2 terraces (east/west) are at your disposal privately. The courtyard is common: parking, petanque court, outdoor games available (ping-pong under shelters, molky, badminton) Garden furniture is also available in front of the horse meadows, ideal for enjoying the view, nature and grass to the fullest. You can also enjoy the harvests of the common vegetable garden (when the season permits) Other things to note We would like to emphasize that our animals are fully part of our daily lives and share life on the farm with us. They are at home here and you will meet them during your stay: - Rosie the cat who won't hesitate to invite herself to the gite - Maya the dog who only asks for hugs and to throw the ball - the chickens that can sometimes walk in the common areas and the rooster that will sing in the early morning - our horses, who will be in the meadows or stable (please do not enter these spaces for safety reasons) We thank you in advance for your kindness towards them and are available for any questions or to support you in this beautiful cohabitation.
