Your perfect Greek sun getaway awaits! The space Welcome to your holiday haven on Crete! Our charming 3-room apartment, spanning 49 m², is perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. It features two bedrooms – one with a cozy double bed and the other with a practical bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The living/dining area includes a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and an osmosis water filtration system for added convenience. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch, so a fifth person can stay there. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Bay of Georgioupolis and the mountains from our expansive terrace, which is outfitted with a comfy lounge area, a three-burner gas grill, and a cozy hanging chair. Ideal for families, with amenities like a baby cot, high chair, and more. A reserved parking space right in front of the apartment makes your arrival smooth and stress-free. Guest access As our guests, you have access to all areas of the apartment, including the two bedrooms, the combined living and dining area with an integrated kitchen, and the bathroom. The spacious terrace is yours to enjoy privately, equipped with a gass grill, a lounge area, dining table, chairs, and a cozy hanging chair. Additionally, you can use the fantastic communal pool area with a section for children, offering unparalleled views of the surrounding scenery. The reserved parking spot right in front of the apartment ensures convenient arrival and departure. Other things to note Our cozy apartment is located in Exopoli, just 2.5 km above Georgioupolis. Chania Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car, and Heraklion Airport about 90 minutes. The nearest sandy beach is also 2.5 km away, and along Georgioupolis stretches the longest sandy beach in Crete at 10 km. Our apartment is part of a holiday complex with about 40 apartments and a private communal pool, with free sun loungers, umbrellas, and Wi-Fi. Included in the price are final cleaning as well as towel change and cleaning of floors and bathroom every five days. Georgioupolis is renowned for its fine sandy beach and shallow, crystal-clear sea. Here, you will find shopping opportunities, pharmacies, and numerous taverns offering traditional Cretan cuisine.
