Downtown Fenelon Falls is less than a 20 min walk where you will find a liquor store, grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shops and boutiques; Cdn Tire & Beer store The space My location is amazing! Not only is it on beautiful Sturgeon Lake, but it is also close by to: -Beach, splash pad and park 🏝️💦🛝 -Golf (3km) 🏌️‍♀️ -the Victoria Rail Trail (0.2 km) -Bike, walk, ATV, sled 🚲 *SXS route thru towns Stop for icecream 🍦and sit at a patio table watching the boats 🚤 go thru the locks... The space offers it all! Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property during all four seasons including full use of our private dock, yard, 4 kayaks, and water toys. Spacious deck right off the cottage leading down to a fire pit with lots of seats. Parking for at least 4 cars. ***Please be advised *** While you have full access to the cottage, the property is in close proximity to others cottages and so we ask you to be mindful of your noise and respect our neighbours and their space. *** Other things to note Please treat my cottage like it were your own. There will be NO tolerance to smoking of ANY KIND inside the cottage, and please remove your shoes. If there are more guests than indicated on your reservation, Your stay will be terminated immediately, and no refunds will be given. Towels - we will provide towels to be used in the bathroom. Please bring your own beach towels for the lake. Please do not use bath towels outside.
