Saieta 2 is a beautifully restored 100-year-old building, but please note that renovations are still in progress. Here’s an overview of the building’s layout and current status: • 1st Floor: renovation work is ongoing on the ground floor. There may occasionally be construction noise during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). We appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance the building. • 2nd Floor: it has been fully completed and is rented out to small businesses. It also occasionally hosts special events and masterclasses, adding a creative atmosphere to the space. • 3rd Floor: is fully dedicated to our guests, offering thoughtfully designed apartments for travelers. Please note that the two apartments on this floor share a common kitchen. We kindly invite you to embrace this shared space and treat other guests as good neighbors, fostering a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Few key rules: - Guests are generally not allowed. Exceptions can be made, but only if agreed in advance. - Parties are not allowed. - No smoking property.
