The apartment is centrally located. The apartment comfortably accommodates two adults and, on request, a small child (travel cot). Several shopping centers, bus stops and the train station are a few minutes away by foot. The lake can be reached in a few minutes. Fountain offers a variety of refreshments with its numerous restaurants and bars. The space The apartment is on the ground floor and has just received a new parquet and a new coat of paint. It has a bedroom, an open kitchen with living room as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The terrace/patio invites you to linger. Other things to note The patio offers a quiet and sunny retreat, especially in warmer seasons. There is also an open barbecue area by the creek, which can be used. Washer and dryer are free to use.
