This 15-acre private inholding was carefully developed over many years and sits among aspens and spruce with incredible fall colors. The property includes extensive firewise planning and safety zones, created by the owner—a 20-year wildland firefighter with over 2,000 operational days on wildfires. Our goal is simple: Create a place guests fall in love with and return to year after year. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire Sky Lab — the Big Little Backcountry Retreat. Once booked, the cabin and surrounding retreat area are fully yours to enjoy. Your guide(s) stay on a separate property below and are available if needed while ensuring guests experience the privacy and independence of a true alpine escape.
