No.1 is located on the 1st floor of an impressive Jacobean style terrace in the Cross Square. Entry is up two short flights of stone steps at the rear of the property. Entrance hall, sitting/dining room, TV and live flame gas fire, 1 king size and 1 small twin bedroom, bath/shower and self-catering kitchen, stylishly finished. Outdoor eating for warmer visits. The space A tastefully presented Scottish Highland bolt hole in the historic Jacobean square of Dunkeld, one of Scotlands most beautiful historic villages, on the banks of the river Tay. With the Cathedral, river and famous Dunkeld Bridge built by Thomas Telford a stones throw from the property, this location has much to offer. The flat is situated on the first floor of an impressive Jacobean style stone building, overlooking the iconic Cross of the central square. Free parking in the square is available or in the main car park a short walk away for a parking fee. Entry is up two short flights of stone steps at the rear of the property. A bright and cosy entrance hall leads you through to the main sitting dining area, overlooking the Square, which has a TV and live flame gas fire for extra cosy-ness! The master bedroom is found off the living room and overlooks the Square. It has a king size double bed, draw and hanging space and a hairdryer. From the hallway the small second twin bedroom has an aspect over the cross with draw and hanging space. Each guest is supplied with a medium bath towel and a hand towel. The kitchen is fully fitted for self catering with electric double oven, grill and microwave etc and recently refurbished with new appliances including an air fryer. Tea towels, cloths, sponges, washing up liquid and dish washer tabs available. The bathroom likewise has recently been refurbished with a whirlpool bath and shower, so bring your bubbles! Guest access No. 1 has a small gravelled garden with outdoor table and chairs with a washing line. Outdoor bins are located here. A short run of stone steps with railing leads to the front door. Lock box is located on the railing by the front door. Other things to note Please note that the twin bedroom is snug. Also, there are smoker occupants in the flat below and there may be an aroma on entering the property in the hallway which quickly dissipates with ventilation.
