Just 35 mins from BHM airport 30 mins to Barber Motorsports 23 mins to Buc-ee’s and 5mins to Dollar G-peaceful escape meets convenience. I sublease this treehouse 4 your enjoyment out of kindness 4 others. Thank you. The space Included: Hot tub(temp is normally between 99-104* degrees) accommodates 2-4 ppl comfortably kept hot for last minute bookings . Hot tub max heat is 104* and is usually on that 24/7. When the weather drops to freezing the hot tub may only be able to reach 95* which is comfortable in freezing temps . The majority of that does not go to me. Per stay costs: • Guest service fee: ~$25 • Occupancy taxes: ~$22 • Cleaning service: ~$60 • Cleaning supplies: ~$10 • Toiletries & household supplies: ~$10 • Host service fee: ~$5 That’s about $132 going to Airbnb, taxes, and cleaning alone. This does not include rent, utilities, maintenance, repairs, or new items provided for guests. Pricing reflects the real costs of operating and maintaining the space.
