On the first floor: 1 room for 4 people (2 cabins) 1 full bathroom On the second floor: 1 double room with balcony and private bathroom 1 room for 3 people (1 bunk + 1 single bed) 1 room for 3 people (1 bunk + 1 single bed) 1 full bathroom Guest access Be part of the Farallones Club with private beach access (front row beach umbrella) Common areas include: - Mini Market at the entrance of the condominium - Soccer field - Beach volleyball court -A tennis court - A racquetball court - Ping pong table - Games for children - Swimming pool - Children's pool - Water games - Club restaurant - Chapel Other things to note Prior to the approval of the reservation, it is a requirement of the club that a copy of the ID of all guests, proof of work and ownership card of the vehicles be sent in order to generate their access credentials. Price per night includes the cost of the credential for each registered guest. Additional guests are not allowed. Security deposit: $400 The amount will be added to the total stay once the reservation is approved and will be returned within 48 hours of the check-out date. Price per night does not apply for Holy Week, Christmas and New Year.
