Welcome to a spacious villa perfect for families with children! The house has several bedrooms, a modern kitchen and a living room. Large terrace with hot tub, barbecue, dining table and sun loungers. On the plot there is a soccer goal, basketball hoop, trampoline and swings safely surrounded by fences. Only 700 meters to the beach with jetty and 200 meters to the soccer field, pump track and outdoor gym. A paradise for relaxation and play for the whole family! The space Bedroom Bedrooms 1 & 2: Equipped with a single bed, screen and PS5 if required. Bedroom 3: A single bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom 4: Double bed and AC. If necessary, we can arrange more beds in the form of thicker mattresses/extra beds. Then add extra guests. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: Equipped with shower. Bathroom 2: Equipped with bathtub. Kitchen A modern kitchen with everything you need to cook good meals together. Coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher included. Laundry room Easily equipped with both washing machine and dryer. There is a well-stocked ICA store for your daily purchases and in addition to a pizzeria and the restaurant Gripen, there is also a Thai restaurant. In addition, the resort has two cafés where you can enjoy coffee with family and friends.
