We are just minutes from Peschiera del Garda, our simple villa is perfect for families and sporting groups. Large kitchen to accomodate large group. With 4/5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a game room! There’s plenty of space and fun. We have plenty of folding beds to accomodate extra guests! Outside, enjoy the garden, patio, and barbecue. Garage for 4 cars (+ free parking on our streets). Walking distant to restau, transpo. . FREE of use: An electric mountain bike and a pushbike (cost $55pd in shops!) The space Check-in is at 4pm, but if the villa is ready before you are welcome to come early to use the garden, kitchen.. Complimentary: One electric mountain bike and one men’s pushbike are available for your use during your stay. Optional hire: Rent a 420 sailing boat for £50 per day and experience the beauty of the lake from the water. Sirmione is absolutely stunning when seen from the water! With 4 bedrooms and a single room, 3 leaving rooms with sofa beds, folding beds and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for shared meals and good conversation. (please leave it as you find it!) The living areas are cosy, and downstairs, a game room with table tennis, football table, darts, and a TV brings fun for all ages. Outside, you’ll find a lovely patio and garden, perfect for relaxing, enjoying a meal, or firing up the barbecue for a true Italian evening under the stars. (please bear in mind, as this is an outdoor area, the patio will close at 11pm!)
