Stay in a sophisticated place close to everything you want to visit at Praia do Rosa. The space A Pousada Marina do Rosa has six apartments. The apartments on the upper floor are of the same format as the ground floors, plus a mezzanine. All have a large balcony with a hammock. Guaranteed parking for one vehicle per apartment. Other things to note Check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 11am. To use the barbecue, you must book at the kiosk. We do not provide sheets and towels, but they are available for rent for R$25.00. Any broken or damaged object must be reimbursed. Meals and drinks purchased at the guesthouse must be paid for at the time of ordering. In case of loss of key, the expense of the keychain will be charged. When leaving the units, please turn off lights, TV, air conditioning, fans and lock doors and windows. Please use water and energy conscientiously. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables and objects within the accommodation and in the common areas. The car park offers one space per apartment, and we are not responsible for damage caused by third parties. Park in such a way as to facilitate the entry and exit of other vehicles. The voltage of the sockets is 220 volts. Visitors are only allowed to enter the apartments and leisure area with prior authorisation from management. Loud noise, horns or playing instruments are not allowed after 10:00 pm. Keep the dog out of all food and beverage areas, and do not leave it alone in the unit to avoid disturbing other guests. The cleaning of solid and liquid waste is the guest's responsibility. It is not allowed to use glass cups or bottles by the pool. The guesthouse reserves the right to request the vacancy of any unit in case of non-compliance with the rules or misconduct by the guest.
