This charming house with pool, with an area of 310 m², can accommodate up to 10 guests. This is a peaceful home offering a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house is semi-detached with another accommodation also occasionally rented for short-term stays. The space On the ground floor: - A living room of 33 m² with fireplace and video projector - A fully equipped kitchen - Dining area - Cellier - separate desk - Restroom On the 1st floor: - Bedroom 1: King Bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: King Bed (180×200) - Bedroom 3 : 2 single beds + 2 single beds on the mezzanine - Bedroom 4: Queen-size Bed (160×200) - Bathroom 1: Bath and shower (en suite with bedroom 1) - Bathroom 2: shower - Bathroom 3: Bathtub - Bathroom 4: Shower (en suite with bedroom 4) - Two separate toilets Outdoors: - A private, heated pool (8x4) with a shutter for security.
