Our contemporary getaway house sits on 13 acres of field and woods. It is one mile from Hamilton College and a perfect place to stay when visiting the campus. Watch the fire flies dance, the deer leap and hike the trails along the Oriskany Creek. Guest access When you arrive, you will see a lockbox on the side door. Please call or text me before you arrive to get the code to open the box and get the key. The key opens the side door of the house. It has an Anderson door handle, so kindly lift it up until you hear it click when you both lock and unlock the door. The wifi code is on a page on the desk next to the puppet theater. Feel free to call with any questions once you settle in. Check in can be any time after 4 pm and check out by 11 am. Other things to note The pilot light must be lit on the stove. Instructions for turning on the gas are in the utility closet. Instructions for use of the internet are on the desk next to the puppet theater. There is no smoking allowed in the home.
