Welcome to our cozy 2B/1B retreat! Enjoy a fully fenced backyard perfect for pets (fee applies). Inside: washer/dryer, desk/work area, and all the essentials. Driveway parking included. Note: NO garage usage. Neighbor dog unfriendly but securely separated by chain-link fence. Centrally located near Vine St, restaurants, and Cervs! Early check-in 1pm or late check-out 1pm may be available for $40 each. The space 2 bedroom home, both rooms each with a queen bed and night stand! Each closet has a dresser in it and some hangers on the side for clothes if needed! One bedroom does come with a mounted TV if you happen to be that lucky guest!! 1 bathroom and a nice living room space to relax in and enjoy the large windows!! This is a pet friendly rental, so just a reminder if you are booking and not bringing pets along! Guest access The garage and storage shed are locked from the guests. Other than that they may use anything needed! Other things to note 1 bedroom has a mounted tv, and the other room has no tv at this time.
