The French Retreat

Welcome to a cozy, romantic French-inspired room in one of the second-oldest homes in Minneapolis, sitting on the highest hill in Brooklyn Park. Enjoy the cozy queen bed, soft lighting, and timeless charm. This room is near the dining area, and there can sometimes be noise between the hours of 7:00- 8:00 AM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Two children live here part-time with me. The house is conveniently located right across from Walmart. Many people choose to walk across the street to do their shopping. Guest access I will give you a code for when you check in During your stay I genuinely enjoy hosting and interacting with guests, and I love creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere in my home. I’m friendly, outgoing, and always happy to chat, or help make your stay more enjoyable- while still fully respecting your privacy. I also like to add thoughtful touches, including snacks in the rooms, so guests feel cared for from the moment they arrive. If you’re looking for warm hospitality, a homey feel, and a host who truly enjoys having you here, this is the place. Other things to note Please note: Two friendly cats live in the home. If you are allergic to cats, this may not be the best fit.
