This unit is a suite, with 1 bedroom containing 2 twin beds (air con), 2.5 bathrooms, separate lounge, large sofa with 55" TV (with Netflix and Disney+), dining table for 4 and also a separate kitchen. This unit is 1 floor above ground level. Bedrooms feature bedside lights with wireless charging (your phone needs to support that) and Bluetooth speakers. We provide one 125cc automatic scooter with this rental. There is a 3000 THB damage deposit for the scooter, which is pretty standard in Thailand. There is parking for the scooter at the property. Additional cars and scooters can be parked for free off street, beside the building. We do not have a pool. We provide 2 pool & gym day passes for free for bookings of 4 days or more. You can also buy a day pass at any time for 200 THB. The pool and gym is on the way to Ao Nang beach, a 3-minute scooter ride away. Guest access You will have full, private and unrestricted access to your suite. Other things to note As listed, the apartment is for two people. A single child under the age of two is allowed for free. A baby cot is also available for free. Housekeeping is done every 2 days. Change of linen and towels is done every 4 days. 6 units/day of electricity are provided complimentary. Guests pay for usage above that at 8 THB/unit. 95% of guests stay within the free allowance simply by turning off the air con, fans and lights when they are out.
