Welcome to The Annex @ RhiwDeryn. A two bedroom detached house situated in a quiet location in The Snowdonia National Park. It is a 5 minute walk from Bala High Street and overlooks Bala Town and LLyn Tegid (Bala Lake) and has many countryside views. The well presented Annex has been extensively refurbished over the past 2 years with all rooms now having radiators from a Gas Central Heating system. The Annex is suitable for all types of holiday. The space Welcome to The Annex @ RhiwDeryn, Bala. A two bedroom Annex Cottage situated in a quiet location within the Snowdonia National Park. It is a 5 minute walk from Bala High Street where there many cafes, shops, pubs, and restaurants. The Annex overlooks LLyn Tegid (Bala Lake), Bala Town and there are many countryside views from the property. The well presented Annex has been extensively refurbished over the past two years with central heating and hot water provided from a gas combi boiler. The Annex consists of two upstairs bedrooms, Bedroom 1 with a queen size bed and Bedroom 2 with either a queen size bed or twin singles. Please state which arrangement you would like for Bedroom 2 when booking. The bedrooms will sleep up to four people comfortably. Each bedroom has a wardrobe with clothes hangers, a chest of drawers and central heating radiator. All bedding is provided. There is a comfortable downstairs lounge with dining table and chairs, an 'L' shaped sofa, coffee table, central heating radiators and smart TV. The kitchen is separate to the lounge area and has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, electric toaster, breakfast bar, central heating radiator, tea towels iron and ironing board. All pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, cooking equipment etc are provided. The bathroom is next to the kitchen and has recently been renovated with a walk in shower, towel drying radiator, central heating radiator, ceiling extractor fan, wash basin, toilet, towels and mirror. The Annex is suitable for any type of holiday, families, hikers, mountain bikers, water sport enthusiasts or just people who want to relax and have a quiet holiday in a quiet location. Ample on-site private parking is provided free of charge. Bala is the perfect place to discover many of the holiday attractions in surrounding areas such as Chester Zoo, Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Betws Y Coed zip wires, Cwydir Castle in Llanwrst, Portmeirion, King Arthur's Labyrinth in Corris, The National White Water Rafting Centre and many more holiday locations. Guest access Guests have a private entrance to The Annex and can come and go as they need to. Other things to note The Annex is available on a Self Catering basis and is a no smoking property Bedroom 2 can be arranged to have either a queen size bed or twin single beds. Please state which arrangement you would require when booking. The Annex may not be suitable for children under the age of 4 Because of the proximity of birds, sheep, horses and other animals, such as squirrels and goats, pets are not allowed. Sorry but no stag or hen party stays at The Annex.
