Welcome to JAMA homes! Enjoy Erlangen and its wonderful green surroundings in our apartment next to Dechsendorf in the middle of nature. Our modern apartment offers everything you need for a great stay in Erlangen: → 2 bedrooms (separate beds on request) → Smart TV & Wi-Fi → NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine → Kitchenette with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, etc. → Free parking at the property We provide→ towels and linens The space Spend your stay in our lovingly furnished 85 sqm apartment. The apartment offers you a calming view of nature through large and bright windows. There are 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. Here you have the possibility to place the beds separately in the room so that everyone has their own bed to sleep in (each 90 x 200 cm). The beds can also be put together as shown in the pictures, so you can enjoy a 180 cm x 200 cm lying area :). In the modern, large kitchen there is everything you need to cook, a Nespresso capsule machine is also available and in addition we provide you with wine and champagne glasses. Furthermore, the apartment has two pleasantly large bathrooms. One with a walk-in shower and a large bathtub and another guest toilet with a toilet and a washing machine. The fold-out sofa bed can comfortably accommodate up to four or five people or sleep two. If there are six of you, we will prepare the sofa bed for you. At the large round dining table you can eat together with six people or end the evening with a board game on our sideboard. The desk in the first bedroom is perfectly suited for home office or remote work. Multiple sockets for charging your technical devices are available in each bedroom. Free Wi-Fi is offered at a real speed of 100 mbt/s. The apartment is on the ground floor and there are no stairs to walk. So it is barrier-free and accessible to everyone! :) Our apartment is always professionally cleaned before guests move in. Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol is not a mandatory checkmark for us, but is taken seriously. Please let us know if you have any complaints. We will try to take care of it as soon as possible. Guest access The entire place is at your disposal. You can park your car safely and comfortably in front of the building in the marked area. If you arrive with several cars, you can also park on the street. Please do not park in front of entrances to avoid obstructing anyone. Thank you.
