The modern, approximately 50 m² vacation apartment is a separate residential unit with its own entrance and combines peace, comfort and relaxation in a natural environment. Thanks to the sunny hillside location and large windows, you can enjoy bright, welcoming rooms and a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The open-plan living and dining area invites you to relax and has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and baking facilities. A coffee pod machine and a kettle ensure a successful start to the day. The separate bedroom offers restful nights, while the modern daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine provides additional comfort. The apartment is ideal for up to three people. In the living area, a sofa bed (145 × 210 cm) is available as an additional sleeping option. A special highlight is the sunny south-facing terrace with plenty of privacy. The mature greenery creates a sheltered atmosphere - ideal for an outdoor breakfast, relaxed afternoons or mild summer evenings. A private parking space is right by the house. Due to the hillside location, there are four steps from the parking lot to the entrance. The accommodation is the ideal base for hiking, biking and excursions to Franconian Switzerland and the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bamberg.
